  • What is the difference between Kommo AI Agent and AI Chat by CHISLA?
    AI Chat offers more flexibility, works in all messengers, remembers dialogue history, and supports GPT-4.1, voice messages. Unlike Kommo AI Agent, it can fill in lead fields, assign tasks, and manage pipelines automatically.
  • Can AI Chat work with Telegram and WhatsApp?
    Yes, AI Chat fully supports Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and any other channels connected to Kommo CRM.
  • Does AI Chat support voice and image messages?
    Users can send voice messages to the assistant and receive written responses, but AI Chat does not recognize images. Instead, it notifies the manager that the customer has sent a file (this can be any file, not just an image)

This is the second version of the widget. We have added:
  • 5 assistants
  • the ability to attach your own assistant
  • automatic tasks
  • automatic field filling
  • automatic stage change
  • audio message recognition
  • reaction to files in a message
Fixes:
  • Responses from all linked WhatsApp accounts (Kommo built-in feature). Now the client receives a reply only from the WhatsApp account to which they wrote, not from all at once.
  • Database confusion in case of reinstallation.

Installation and setup procedure:

1. Registering at OpenAI
Register an OpenAI account at: https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys
(This is not a ChatGPT account, it is different.) Create an API key, it is required for the widget to work. Here is how to do it: https://youtu.be/uZrT5uYDYOc

Top up your balance for example with $5. The money will be debited as you use the service. It is inexpensive, about 25 cents per 100 messages.

2. Checking fields in the widget settings
Check the following fields: OpenAI checkbox, OpenAI text, assistants field. These fields are created during installation and should be present in the deal card.

Important: AI Chat only replies in those deals where the AI Chat checkbox is enabled and an assistant is specified. This can be done manually or automatically using a digital pipeline trigger.

3. Creating an assistant
Enter the assistant's name in English. You can attach a link to a Google Sheet with "Anyone with the link" access and "View" rights. The temperature is usually set to 5–10% to prevent the assistant from deviating from the prompt. The model is usually 4.1. Then click "Create" (the assistant and its ID will be created and written to the neighboring field—do NOT click "Apply" at this stage!), write the prompt and save.
If you already have an assistant in OpenAI and want to use it, just copy its ID into the Assistant ID field and click "Apply". Do not use "Apply" for any other reason.

4. The "Automations" section
This version of the widget has an "Automations" section with four types of automation:
File triggers
AI Chat may not understand if a client has sent a file unless it is an audio message. This feature assigns a task to the manager if the client attaches a file to the message. In the settings, specify:
  • which assistant is responsible
  • whether to enable or disable task creation
  • task text (for example: "The client sent a file, please check")
  • the user to whom the task is assigned
  • AI Chat checkbox (if not enabled, AI Chat will not reply)
Automatic stage change
For example, if the client agrees to a meeting, the deal can be automatically moved to the "Meeting scheduled" stage. Specify a trigger phrase (for example: "Great, we have agreed") and the stage to switch to.

Important: Avoid common phrases to prevent false triggers.

Automatic field filling
This is a test feature. Specify:
  • assistant
  • data name (for example, "direction selection")
  • the field where the data should be filled in
  • word options (comma separated)
  • task creation checkbox in case of error
Currently, data is read from the client's reply. In the future, it will be taken from the assistant's response and the fields will be identified and filled with high accuracy.
Automatic tasks
Specify the assistant, trigger phrase, task type, responsible user, delay in minutes, and the task text. As soon as the trigger phrase appears in the dialogue, a task will be created.
